For most of my career, I was the person companies called when things were breaking.
Not broken - breaking. That moment when growth starts outpacing structure, when good people start quietly disengaging, when the founder is working harder than ever and the business still won’t run without them. I’ve spent 20+ years in director, executive, and C-suite roles learning exactly what that inflection point looks like, and how to move through it without losing the people or the culture that got you there.
I’ve scaled a business from a literal garage to over $7 million in revenue. I’ve rebuilt teams that had quietly stopped performing. I’ve helped founders finally step out of the daily operational grind and into the strategic role their company actually needed them in. I’ve walked into fear-driven, chaotic workplaces and created pockets of high performance that proved a better way was possible.
What I’ve learned is that most operational problems aren’t really operational. They’re people problems wearing an operations costume. The systems aren’t working because accountability isn’t clear. The culture is breaking down because leadership never defined what it was supposed to be. The founder is the bottleneck because no one ever built the structure that would let them not be.
That’s the work I do. I come in, I figure out what’s actually happening - not what looks like it’s happening - and I help you build something that holds.
I work as a Fractional Operations Partner, which means you get senior executive experience embedded in your business without the full-time cost. I’m not handing you a report and disappearing. I’m in it with you.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hunting down the best local restaurants I haven’t tried yet, sharing no-fluff thoughts on leadership and business, and finding ways to show up for my community. I believe good leadership and good food have one thing in common: both require real ingredients, not shortcuts.
